is smoking allowed in the studio?

No. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio to protect the health of all clients and staff, including those with respiratory sensitivities. Smoke residue can also damage sensitive audio equipment over time. You are welcome to smoke outside the facility at your convenience.

CAN I BRING OTHER PEOPLE TO MY SESSION?

Yes. You may bring guests to your session. Loud or disruptive behavior is not permitted as it can interfere with the creative process and safety within the studio. You are responsible for your guests at all times.

CAN i bring a photographer or videographer to my session?

Yes. We encourage artists to document their sessions for social media growth. Photographers and videographers are welcome but must adhere to studio policies and avoid disrupting sessions. You are responsible for your guests and their behavior.

Do You have a physical vocal booth?

Yes. Our state-of-the-art, acoustically isolated vocal booth ensures the purest possible sound by minimizing feedback and ambient noise. It is located separately from the mixing room for optimal recording conditions.

CAN i bring food, alcohol or hookah to my session?

Yes. These are allowed in the studio, but clients must ensure no mess or trash is left behind to maintain cleanliness and respect for the shared space.

Proper credits help expand our reach in the music industry. Please credit “Ayjante James Garry” as Songwriter, Executive Producer, or Mixing Engineer based on the services provided.

Common Courtesy Policy

*PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING*

ALL RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED AND THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS

The studio is a professional space, not a playground. Constantly running in and out is not allowed. For everyone’s safety, please stay in your designated rooms unless absolutely necessary. If any incidents occur due to unnecessary movement, you will be fully responsible for the consequences. No exceptions.

Your session starts at the booked time, not when you arrive. We do not accommodate makeup time for late arrivals unless the delay is caused by our staff. In those cases, you will be accommodated accordingly. No exceptions.

Please respect your scheduled session time. Going over your booked time is not allowed as we have a full schedule every day. Overstaying is inconsiderate and affects other clients. Violations may result in fees or penalties. No exceptions.

The last 15 minutes of your session are reserved for file transfers and cleaning. This helps ensure no personal items are left behind and sessions don’t overlap out of respect for the next client. No exceptions.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please double-check that you have all personal belongings—phones, wallets, keys, hard drives, etc.—before leaving. Items left behind are not the studio’s or next client’s responsibility. No exceptions.

All phone calls must be taken outside the studio to avoid disrupting the creative process. Please be considerate and take calls in the designated area.

Absolutely no guns, drugs, weapons, or illegal substances are allowed on the premises. The safety of our staff and clients is our top priority. No exceptions.

If you do not use all of your booked session time, unused time cannot be carried over to another day. No exceptions.

We do not turn over session projects. Instead, We always are open to providing all clients WAV Stems A.K.A. “Masters” to their projects per request for future mixing, or even for your own backup at the end of the session. This is highly recommended to be at ease knowing you have a copy just in case something ever goes wrong to where you would need them. If this is not done during the scheduled session time, we do provide them at an additional charge per request.
